Quick Start: Enterprise Collaboration Search
The enterprise search interface mainly consists of the following parts, introduced separately below:
Start Enterprise Search
After starting, copy the enterprise LAN address and open it in a browser to enable enterprise search mode
Enterprise Search Settings
Used to edit search model, scope, subject, results and other parameter settings
Enterprise Member Management
Add Members
Administrators can help members register accounts by adding members. Members can log in directly with this account without separate registration
Administrators can set member permissions such as image download times
Sync Cloud Enterprise Members
Click to sync and update enterprise member account information
Member Account Information Management
Administrators can individually edit or delete member account information
PC Enterprise Collaboration Search
Copy the enterprise LAN address, open the enterprise LAN address in a computer browser, click register, then log in
Registration and Login
Everyone participating in enterprise search needs to register a separate account for easy login and search
After registration is complete, return to the login interface to log in
Search Similar
Click "Search Similar" to start image search
Image Upload Methods
Drag and drop image upload
Use Ctrl+V to upload
Select image from computer to upload
Supports common image formats such as JPG, PNG, GIF, single file size not exceeding 10MB
Image Search Results
Keyword Search
Keyword search is directly entering text information to search for images, rather than uploading images to search
Functions include: semantic description search, text in image search, filename search. The differences are as follows:
Semantic Description Search
Use a text description of the image to search for related images, such as: female model wearing floral dress with glasses
Text in Image Search
Enter text in the target image to search for images containing that text, such as: search for numbers in images, search for pattern text in images, etc.
Filename Search
Enter the image filename to search for images with that filename
Download Original and View Large Image
Download Files with Same Name but Different Format
Download History
You can view members' remaining download quota. When the quota is used up, you need to contact the administrator to increase it
Download records for each image are kept for 30 days
Mobile Enterprise Collaboration Search
Mobile search is the same as computer search. Just copy the enterprise LAN address and open it with a mobile browser to perform enterprise search
Important Note:
Mobile LAN search: Make sure the phone and computer are using the same network
Mobile cross-network search: Need to use third-party intranet penetration software
